Change the world with tech for free this summer - last chance to apply!

Applications are open until midnight on Sunday 14 June for Patch. Patch is a free summer accelerator for talented 16 - 20 year olds who want to push the world forward.

Participants spend 6 weeks, from 8 July to 19 August, remotely building projects and learning from world-class scientists and entrepreneurs. Participating teams get to know an energetic group of peers and learn from brilliant mentors and speakers.

Ultimately, Patch is designed to be the most effective environment to help young people realise their potential, generously funded by Stripe and some of Ireland’s best entrepreneurs.

Past speakers include Mark Cummins (founder of Pointy) and Des Traynor (founder of Intercom).  Altogether, founders of businesses worth over $2 billion speak at Patch.

Past participants include 2 BT Young Scientist winners (Adam Kelly, Diana Bura).  Projects built at Patch include a 3D printing tool for Minecraft creations, an internet-based, interactive textbook and CropSafe.  The programme is free and philanthropically supported by some of Ireland's leading entrepreneurs and Stripe.

Sounds fun? Apply now.
