The itSMF Ireland AGM held on 14 May 2020 was attended by the Vice-Chair Susan Toland, members of the committee, a quorum of members entitled to vote and Tom O’Sullivan, Deputy CEO of the Irish Computer Society. The meeting was chaired by Susan Toland. Three nominations were received by the committee in advance of the AGM for election to the board; Karen Jago, David Reilly & Noel Keleghan. Vice-Chair Susan Toland proposed all three members be elected and this motion was carried by a majority of attendees in way of a virtual raising of hands confirmed by Joseph Kenny who was moderating the online AGM.
Currently the Digital Transformation Manager in PTSB with over 13 years’ experience in service management across various financial services including BPO (Outsourcing) and banking. Karen received the ITIL MALC qualification in December 2019 and also holds a BSC in Business from UCD.
David is a managing partner in Client Solutions and is responsible for their IT Service and Operations Management Division. David has over 20 years’ experience in service management working with large Irish and International companies to implement ITSM/ITOM solutions, delivering success through simplification, integration and automation. He currently holds the ITIL v3 Expert and ISO/IEC 20000 Consultant qualifications.
Noel Keleghan has been working in the IT Department of the Department of Education and Skills for over 5 years. Noel holds a BSc in Information Technology and an MSc in Management of Information’s Systems and Strategy both from DCU. Noel holds five ITIL intermediate qualifications and has a very keen interest in the area of service management.
