In this webinar, Declan Brady discusses the key consequences of GDPR in Service Management, with particular focus on service components, locations, the service agreement and service life cycle, as well as re-examining the responsibilities of the various service parties, and what happens if things go wrong.

A senior practitioner, he has over 30 years extensive experience with global leaders in the provision of information systems solutions.
